My name is Jason Leppin.
I’m a seasoned nonprofit leader with over 16 years of experience in fundraising, team building, and program development. I earned my CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive) credential back in 2013, reflecting my commitment to ethical, effective fundraising. Over the years, I’ve helped mission-driven organizations grow their impact through strategic vision, relationship-focused fundraising, and practical, hands-on leadership.

Why I Founded RaiseWell Strategies
After more than 16 years leading fundraising and nonprofit growth from the inside, I saw firsthand the real challenges organizations face every day: ambitious missions paired with limited capacity, aging systems that slow momentum, and boards eager to help but unsure where to start.
